EPOCH’s optional wellness program, Wellness Advantage, includes worksite health screenings, health risk assessments, and health coaching. Employers only pay for the lab services associated with the screenings, which are charged against the claims experience, resulting in fees below “reasonable and customary” for similar lab services. These worksite screenings provide another excellent way for EPOCH to identify high-risk participants. All results are integrated back in to the Care Management Solution.
